I’m so Portland

my bike has a bike

it only takes out on weekends

 

I’m so Portland

this poem is in a free box

and comes with a ukelele

you can pickle it

 

but not until next week

because I’m on a raw juice cleanse

I wrote this poem 3 years ago

in my best friend’s basement

that was converted from a warehouse

and is now a farmer’s market

but you’ve probably never heard of it

 

I’m so Portland

I don’t actually live in Vancouver

or Beaverton

 

I’m so Portland

my bike’s bike has one handlebar

 

mustache

 

I’m so Portland

I brewed my own coffee

but I won’t drink it until it’s vintage

 

I’m so Portland

right now I am reading that new article about how to read articles

 

I’m so Portland

I work at

 

I’m so Portland

I just moved here from Tuscon

Denver

and Boise

 

I’m so Portland
